At least one member of renting party must be 30 or older.  Minimum deposit of $250 required when first making reservation.  Amount equal to 1/2 total rent required 90 days prior to check-in to secure reservation.  Total rental amount is due 14 days prior to check-in.  Payment by check, PayPal, or credit card.

Sorry - no pets and no smoking allowed.  Not suitable for young children because of  breakables and absence of safety latches for youngsters!

Check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM.
