At least one member of renting party must be 30 or older.  Minimum deposit of $250 required when first making reservation.  Amount equal to 1/2 total rent required 90 days prior to check-in to secure reservation.  Total rental amount is due 14 days prior to check-in.  Payment by check, PayPal, or credit card.

Sorry - no pets and no smoking allowed.  Not suitable for children. We have  breakables and don't have safety latches for youngsters!

One month minimum reservation
         January through April  - $4000/month
Two week minimum reservation
         May through December 15 - $1800/2 weeks
         December 15 to January 1 - $2000/2 weeks

Add 12% Florida sales tax to rate.
Rates are based on maximum 4 person occupancy.  All ages apply.
