Sleeping quarters in the second bedroom feature two luxuriously appointed single beds, a spacious built-in closet and a built-in library.

Bring your own laptop (we have WiFI) or use the Dell computer provided for you.

Lounge by one of the two outdoor pools, one beachside and one bayside, bicycle to other island beach sites and parks, or spend a leisurely morning fishing on the dock.  Dine outside!  The barbecue grills and picnic tables provide a perfect setting for grilling your catch!

The kitchen comes fully stocked with all the cooking utensils you need to prepare a fine meal. 

Enjoy your in-unit private washer and dryer.  At Bay Tree, all the comforts of home await you ...... we've thought of everything so you don't have to.


Housekeeping services are provided free of charge on a weekly basis. Fishing and sailing from your private dock with a licensed captain can be arranged for an additional fee.


One month minimum reservation
       January through April  - $4000/month

Two week minimum reservation May thru Dec.
       May thru December 15 - $1800/2 weeks

       December 15 to January 1 - $2000/2 weeks
